Alrighty Then...

So, my friends, this will probably be my last post on this xanga forever. I got a new one. If you wanna know it here is what to do. Go to your xanga site. Go under 'subscribers.' I will be there...it's the one you don't know, lol. If you can't find it I will say that it starts with a "B' and ends in a "G". Alrighty, well, if you wanna keep hearing about the 'Wonderful World of Katie"...go to the new one. If not, that's not my problem. Have a nice life!

Ugh...

Tomorrow starts band camp...wonderful...I already can't wait for this week to end...then I can be off to my favorite place and ride my favorite roller coaster 10 times in a row (if the line isn't tooo long)...oh please let Saturday get here as fast as possible!

I can't even put into words what I'm feeling right now. But I think I can say that there is only one other time I have ever felt worse...and that was when my favorite uncle died...but I guess the death of a 7 year friendship to someone I, most of the time, loved more than life itself is something to feel like this about...

Busy Day Yesterday....

So, yesterday was extremely busy. I had to get up at 6:30am so that I could get a shower and get ready to go to the dentist at 8. I got out of there around 9-9:30....then I came home, ironed some stuff for my pics, ate quickly, and then went to Amber to get my hair and makeup done for pictures. I <3 you Amber! You did amazing as usual! Anyways, after that, I came home and made sure I had everything for my pics. Then at around 12:45, Mom and I headed out to Bruce Light's studio where I got my senior pics done! It was soooooo much fun! I think my favorite pics are probably going to be the ones I got taken in my homecoming dress from last year and my ren faire outfit pics. The settings were perfect...I of course had to put my creative flare into the one set with my dress which I picked and Bruce embellished a bit to add more color and it was perfect! I felt like Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn in that dress! *sigh*...then, for my ren faire outfit pics, Bruce drove me over to this one part of the furnace (he lives right near it...actually right near Amanda!) Anyways, we shot in three different areas...it was fun! there was this one shot he took that was really artsy and OMG! It was amazing! He is an amazing photographer and a lot of fun to work with. He also told me that he was glad I came in with all the things that I had cuz usually people only come in with some pants and shirts. He said I was a lot of fun and that I was very good...actually a lot better than some people who have done modeling have done when they came for pics. It was awesome! He said that if I ever need a portfolio done then I should come to him and he will gladly do it! hehe...it's soooo exciting! hehe...He showed me some of the pics too and it was awesome! I don't think I ever took better pictures! It was soooo much fun! hehe...anyways...

After pics I came home, ate ice cream and some food, and then I went to colorguard practice. It was fun until one point but I won't discuss that. Anyways, I really really really really hope that I get one of the captain positions! It's really looking promising so I hope I really do get it! hehe...anyways, that's pretty much it now...I am waiting for a phone call to get some info and I have to do some stuff...I have to finish cleaning the house and doing my AP stuff for today. Then I have to work later...ick...anyways, I g2g...ttyl! Bye! <3

I don't know why, but this song just moved me tonight and I thought I would share the lyrics with you. highlighted part is, I guess, what I am feeling right now about some things...I just don't know what to do right now. Anyways, I hope everyone has had a good day and you all sleep well and have a good day tomorrow as well...I have a very busy day tomorrow myself. Dentist, hair/makeup w/ Amber, Senior Pics, and Colorguard...it will be interesting but I am looking forward to it. It will finally be a day where I am pretty much not lying around doing nothing.
